Our delivery promise
You're trusting us with something meant to last for years. Here's what we promise.
We deliver on time
Our delivery system runs every hour. If an email fails, we retry several times and log the error so we can step in.
Your letter stays private
Letter bodies are encrypted with AES-256 before they're stored. We never use your letters for advertising, never sell them, and never use them to train AI models.
If we ever shut down
We'll give at least 90 days' notice and deliver every sealed letter early, so nothing is lost.
You can leave anytime
Email us to cancel a letter or delete your data, and we'll remove it.
